Salon Policy

Dermal Resolutions is a private salon, by appointment only. We are committed to our clients & achieving skin transformations; therefore it is imperative all appointments and salon practices are upheld.

Booking Policy

All bookings are by appointment only, please contact us via our booking or contact page to schedule a time. When booking an appointment, a deposit is required to secure the appointment & is credited towards your treatment. Details will be given to you upon booking.

Please contact us with all enquiries as we are not currently taking new clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand at times rescheduling or cancellation of appointments may occur, however Dermal Resolutions requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

If no notice is given prior to 48 hours of the schedule appointment, the deposit paid will be withheld & processed as a No-Show fee.

Clients who do not attend their appointments without any communication to Dermal Resolutions, will not be able to schedule another appointment in future.

All deposits paid are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE.

Appointment Etiquette

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late arrivals more than 15 minutes.

Please park on the side of road outside of our studio.

If you are visiting for the first time, please allow more than adequate time for traffic & parking.

Additional guests cannot attend appointments with you due to the salon operating laser and intense pulsed light equipment. 

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

  • Cash;
  • Debit Card;
  • Credit Card;
  • PayPal; 
  • AfterPay;
  • ApplePay; &
  • ShopPay

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of & access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

* Please note if you choose to use AfterPay to finalise the balance of your booking and your payment is declined by AfterPay, you will be required to pay your balance in full via Eftpos or Cash.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, Dermal Resolutions does not offer refunds or returns of any products purchased. We recommend booking an online or in-salon consultation or contacting us prior to purchasing. We will provide you with tailored advice for your skin needs & goals.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for the following reason:

  • Goods are faulty, damaged, or broken.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Products that have been opened or for faulty products - items cannot have been used by more than 20%.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

All refunds are at the discretion of Dermal Resolutions upon assessment.
