Packed with ten plant-based brightening ingredients, Simply Brilliant targets existing pigmentation while preventing new problem areas from appearing. Free of Arbutin and Hydroquinone, it is even gentle enough for daytime use.
The formula has been refreshed with the removal of Salicylic Acid to negate irritation of the skin.
HOW TO USE
