COVID-19 Salon Procedure

Providing a safe environment for our patients & staff alike remains our number one priority in all circumstances. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic & government restrictions we have taken the following procedures to further ensure client health & safety.

Upon arriving to the salon we ask you complete the following

Step One: Check in using our QR Code
Open camera on your phone device & fill in your personal details

Step Two: Sanitation Station
Visit the Sanitation Station & sanitize your hands, use the iPad provided to start your consultation & select the COVID-19 document.

Read & sign the COVID-19 form & Consultation document

Step Three: Enjoy your treatment!

We have further taken the following precautions in salon

Hand sanitizer stations have been installed
To practice good hygiene & ensure minimal contamination of surfaces.

Increased salon cleaning
Dermal Resolutions is always a healthy & safe environment, though we have increased the frequency of cleaning our rooms, equipment & facilities.

Social distancing
Client bookings are one-on-one & we kindly ask you do not bring anyone to your appointment with you, excluding necessary carers & guardians.
